We are a Medical Center devoted to the care and treatment of PAIN. The Marlton Pain Control and Acupuncture Center offers a complete range of medical care services from physical examinations to the treatment of body diseases and its problems. The state-of-the art diagnostic technologies, physical therapy including but not limited to TENS, MENS, CMS and medical manipulative therapy are all employed in the Center. The therapeutic nerve blocks and especially acupuncture treatments have proven to be an excellent armamentarium to alleviate pain in our facility.

Our goal is to provide you with the most advanced and comprehensive Pain Control Management possible and to make your visit with us a pleasant and worthwhile experience.

Dr. Lo is the founder and director of the Marlton Pain Control and Acupuncture Center. Before he went to medical school at the University of North Texas - TCOM, he received the degrees of B.S. from the National Taiwan University and M.S. and Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia. He was the University and Tull Fellowship Scholar at Emory University, Welch Postdoctoral Fellow at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston Texas, and he directed cancer research at Northwestern University Medical School, Chicago. His extensive scientific and clinical research in Baylor College of Medicine and Northwestern University Medical School resulted in his authorship of more than twenty articles in reputable journals. Dr. Lo's two articles on the etiology and prevention of skin cancer published in NATURE were nationally recognized as a breakthrough in this field of research. He was awarded Best Research award winner from Emory University, Sigma Xi and two consecutive National AOA Medical Writing Contest - first prize winner in research category and the winner for the Ciba award. He was listed in Who's Who among students in American Universities.
Dr. Lo completed his medical post-graduate study at John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital in Cherry Hill. He is a diplomate of the American Academy of Pain Management and American Osteopathic Board of General Practice. He has been in private practice and specialized in pain control management since 1978. His major interest and specialization is acupuncture. He is active in a number of professional associations, such as the Chinese American Medical Association, American Osteopathic Association, New Jersey Osteopathic Medical Association, Burlington County Osteopathic Medical Association, and Camden County Osteopathic Medical Association. He is also active in community services and an often sought after speaker for professional associations. He has an abiding interest in teaching.
